We've been working with legendary rock photographer Denis O’Regan on his latest exhibition just off Carnaby Street in London. Having shot the likes of Bowie and The Rolling Stones, the focus of this show is Duran Duran’s record breaking 1984 ‘Sing Blue Silver’ tour.
Coinciding with the launch of his new coffee table book ‘Careless Memories’ the exhibition will showcase a selection of intimate, unseen and unique photographs of the boys.
Keeping true to O’Regan’s dynamic approach to photography we have added movement and depth to a selection of his photographs. Using Photoshop and After Effects in a process called ‘parallax technique’ or '2.5D' we have ‘animated’ aspects of the shots. A selection of screens and projectors in the show will loop the content and one rear projector screen in the window will omit the moving photographs on to the street.
